The next Highland Park Neighborhood Coalition meeting is, Tuesday, March11th at 7 pm
at the Hawthorne Youth & Community Center (9 Fulda St.) and on Zoom Link
Working With Developers
Residents and developers alike are constantly seeking to build in our community. In order to make this process more transparent and easier to navigate for everyone, HPNC’s website features submissions of projects currently under review by the neighborhood coalition (click to see Current Project Submissions). Post your questions of developers prior to the HPNC meeting in the comment box at the bottom.

PLEASE NOTE: The HPNC only votes on projects that have an Inspectional Services Department (ISD) rejection letter for variances they are seeking.
