Working With Developers
Residents and developers alike are constantly seeking to build in our community. In order to make this process more transparent and easier to navigate for everyone, HPNC’s website features submissions of projects currently under review by the neighborhood coalition (see Current Project Submissions).

PLEASE NOTE: The HPNC only votes on projects that have an Inspectional Services Department (ISD) rejection letter for variances they are seeking and feedback on plans from the City of Boston Highland Park Architectural Conservation District Commission. Hopefully, this website will offer a less cumbersome, less contentious arena in which to present and review planned projects prior to any requisite vote at an HPNC meeting.
